I'm with this until the last line. What do you mean, people who didn't know how to write? Like, SOME people didn't know how to write? SOME people don't know how to write in 2019 too. I don't get his point.

You know that there's a version of the Vault-Tec Boy that's frowning and giving the thumbs down, right? You don't have to make this crappy photoshop that doesn't look good.

That's not a good way to cook bacon. You're gonna have raw bits where they touch each other like that.

At my district we have their parents' contact info stored in the software we use to take attendance. I could call their parents at work, at home, I could call their grandparents/uncles/aunts. and if no one picks up I could send a damn letter to their home address.

I went there on my honeymoon (totally because of new vegas, btw). It's one of my favorite places on earth now. I hope I can go back one day.

This unpleasantly reminds me of the FNAF animatronics. Like, these things definitely stalked and hunted caveman fazzbear employees.

As a first year teacher surrounded by 20+ year teachers, I can relate. The challenge is not letting your students know you understand their memes and references.

Maybe I don't speak for all teachers when I say this, but at my school, we teachers are practically throwing points at students who do their work. You wrote your name at the top of a worksheet and did one problem out of 10? Sounds like a 50 to me! You got half the questions wrong but still completed the entire homework assignment? 70! Teachers can give as many points as they want for assignments, but the one thing we can't do is give points for work that hasn't been attempted or turned in. All we can give for that is a zero.

TL-DR: Firing a tenured teacher for this, without giving her a chance to improve her practices, is going to get the school district in trouble with their teacher's union and sued.
