Ovens are surprisingly good at heat conservation, but poor at actually producing heat. That's why it can take up to 15min to preheat a oven versus a couple on the rangetop and a couple minutes to burn food in a saucepan vs. 10s of min for the oven (you're also not supposed to open the door while baking, too much heat escapes causing temp fluctuations until it builds up again, but periodically lifting the pot off a pan is mostly encouraged). Plus you usually have four burners vs. one oven, so that's like 8x the heat output.

I might not have the whole picture but if he is as sweet as you say he is maybe you could've tried to I don't know discover a new hobby for two weeks instead of making him return something he wanted. I would take two weeks of horrible boredom over the kind of guys I've had to deal with :(

You are obviously a biased (probably bitter) women and you are reading it wrong. Both men and women lied in this scenario the women said she slept at a friend but no friends can confirm that so she's a lying bitch the difference being the friends men are tight and will look after each other women will not.

You keep thinking the Kinder Joy is the same as the Kinder Surprise. They are two different things and in my opinion, the Joy is an inferior copy to the Surprise. I miss getting Surprises from my local bakery down the street in Germany. I was excited to see Kinder in the US the other year but my joy (pun intended) was short lived when I realized what the Joy was. I want a chocolate egg to enjoy and a little yellow container with an unknown toy inside.
