Does it help tho? My understanding is the organs get smooshed over time, which causes great complications, including pain and death. Longer limbs won’t help that. I could be wrong...
If the surgery was received to deal with mobility issues (legs seem to be bowed), that is helpful.
If it was to be closer to the average height around her, that’s fine too.

Ovens are surprisingly good at heat conservation, but poor at actually producing heat. That's why it can take up to 15min to preheat a oven versus a couple on the rangetop and a couple minutes to burn food in a saucepan vs. 10s of min for the oven (you're also not supposed to open the door while baking, too much heat escapes causing temp fluctuations until it builds up again, but periodically lifting the pot off a pan is mostly encouraged). Plus you usually have four burners vs. one oven, so that's like 8x the heat output.
