Um. I'm just wondering, why does she specify he got caught driving drunk. That makes it seem like if he hadn't been caught it would be better.

The killing thing I agree with, but the rape? Uh, how is it okay to justify anything? Yes, you can try to protect yourself, but there's only so much you can do. Sometimes, you can't always have someone walk you everywhere you need to go. Sometimes you're the last one at work, and you had to park away from the building, and some people would blame them, rather than the rapist or the murder. Furthermore the "men repressing women stuff" is serious business. It may not be men specifically, it's more society, but it needs to change.

... What's up with the title? Like seriously, sure they shouldn't try to get each other in trouble, but the kid who did something wrong shouldn't have done it. That's a great thing to teach kids. "If somebody does something to you, you take care of it, don't tell anyone." Such a great idea, especially when it comes to bullying, or people making them feel awful, or molestation. I hate the idea of kids "tattling", don't do something wrong if you don't want to get in trouble!

I started reading this to the tune of Dynamite by Taio Cruz. I feel like an idiot.

I will only feel like an asshole if it turns out that someone was actually in trouble and needed me to bail them out. "Hey, I need to to be my alibi" oops. Never make me your one phone call.

I think it's ridiculous how often people make jokes at my weight and they think it's okay because I'm skinny and "everyone wants to be skinny". My family is the most responsible. They're constantly nagging me to eat and I eat at least as much as some of the other people in my family do, but I'm the one who always gets jokes like "oh, if she sticks out her tongue and turns sideways she's a zipper" "if she closes one eye she looks like a needle". And the worst part is when they go so far as to "jokingly" call me fat, because clearly I'm not. It's not funny, even if it weren't hurtful it wouldn't be funny. Clearly /you/ don't even find it funny, you just want to make yourself feel better because you aren't as thin as me. I mean, they act like they're worried that I have a disorder but then they go and call me fat? Are you kidding me?
