In my city, people do this all the time. Once though, someone knitted a pair of shoes and put them on the feet of one of the statues, and some guy came, took them, put them on, and walked away.

PEBBLE WHY!!! I don't see it when it was on FS, as I was still a guest, and now I WILL NEVER SLEEP AGAIN! I thought the link would be something explaining it, but NO! But, at least my curiosity of the dinosaur thing is gone, even if it ruined my mind.
