I get the whole experience thing. I really do. But is it really so hard for them to just make a simple accommodation? The customer would be happy. The business would get money and good reviews. It really seems like a no brainer to me.

He just lost his business thousands of dollars. If he isn't getting fired he will go out of business sooner or later.
