Apparently for a lot of people getting laid is more important than being a sensible person. That's a pretty fucked up attitude.

Preparing tofu 6 comments

Yeah, same. I suppose this post is some kind of resistance against the radical vegans or something, but it's just as stupid and annoying as them. Tofu is actually pretty good if you know how to prepare it. It's usually not very good raw and bland, but then again, neither is meat. But it's really delicious for example in a miso soup. Yum!

Weird? I think it's pretty natural to try and improve your home so that it's ready for the kid. Hormones and instinct, ya know. They work incredibly logically.

Universe made with salt 13 comments

Just wanted to point it out, I'm glad someone already noticed it. Besides I think that's not just salt, it looks like multiple kinds of spices. It could be dyed salt, but I don't really see a sensible reason to buy salt and dye instead of just buying spices.

Agreed. All this "fat acceptance" is crap. You're too lazy to work out and eat McDonalds every day? You deserve all the shame. It's about lifestyle, and honestly, unless you have hormonal problems that make you gain weight (but that's like 0.2% of fat people), you can exercise to make it better, especially if you're so young as the girl above in the post.
*motivational storytime*
I've recently started to exercise every day for 30 minutes and I lost 3 kg in like 30 days (and I'd probably lose more if I did just cardio and didn't also work on gaining muscles) without any special diet. I literally started exercising so I could eat whatever I wanted, but the exercise actually motivates me to live healthier. I found out that it's kinda subconsciously connected. And even though I had a normal BMI to begin with (something under 23), I feel much better about myself now.
*storytime over*
TL;DR: y'all fatties need to cut down the Taco Bell and buy a gym membership.

I personally think that you can express your individuality by a million other ways than killing your hair. But hey, that's just my opinion. Some people like it, so why not let them do it?

Misha Collins is "The Fist" and Jared Padalecki is "Fuzzy Nuts". Furthermore, Mark Pellegrino (Lucifer) is "Horse Hung Harry", Mark Sheppard (Crowley) is "Ass Muncher", Tahmoh Penikett (Gadreel) is "Glory Hole" and surprisingly, so is Felicia Day (Charlie). And I am "Obsessed with Supernatural". Uhm. Yeah.

Well, I don't think we can really say that and be 100% sure. It probably became so common that over time we just started calling it a recessive gene, but nothing is 100% in genetics. Example: there's a plant (forgot its name) that has light spots on its leaves, and it's natural. The reason for that is that the plant was infected by a parasite a long, long time ago, and it developed these spots because it looked like it had the parasite. Now don't take my word on it, what I'm telling are things that my biology teacher told me, besides I don't know why would a plant develop this, it's not like you can fool bacteria with looks. But it's what she said anyway. So, my guess is that most (or maybe even all) recessive genes are just slightly more common ancient mutations. Even blond hair used to be a mutation, I think.

That's not how it works at all. Nothing in genetics is ever caused so rapidly. A better explanation is that two brown-eyed people who had the mutated recessive b gene, so called heterozygotes with the Bb genes, had a kid who had the bb gene set. You see, brown eyed people can either have BB or Bb genes (B = brown, b = blue). Since B is dominant and b is recessive, a person with Bb will have brown eyes. A person with BB will also have brown eyes. And a person with bb will have blue eyes. I know it's very confusing the way I tell it, but it's high school biology, I thought people would know that. Now green eyes, on the other hand, are a genetic anomaly. According to the statistics, only 1-2% of people have them. I'm a proud greeneye :3

Wait...I'm probably missing some connection here but what does a Mongolian blond girl have to do with Amazons? Blond hair colour doesn't always determine your origins, besides we're all so inbred it'd hardly make a difference, it's all genetics.
