I mean, seriously? Yes, vanity and too much self confidence is not good, but if I take good care of my hair/skin/body/whatever and I know my hard work has paid off, am I not allowed to be at least a little proud of it?
The problem is, some guys just assume that because she's naturally pretty, she's also a good person. They are way too idealistic and when their fantasies don't actually work irl, they blame the girl. Same thing happens with girls, obviously, but to be honest I've seen far more guys complaining about this and "the friendzone" than girls.

Well the thing is, the male body produces sperms by millions, and has to get rid of them. That's why guys fap so often. If they don't, the sperm cells stop being produced, which is a big problem. We females, on the other hand, have a fixed set of eggs that only gets smaller and smaller with periods and children. (Fun fact: 4 eggs actually go into ovulation, but only the strongest one "survives", while sperm cells are not really like that since it's almost never the first one to fertilize the egg. Funny how brutal female bodies actually are compared to male). But yes, if we put this aside, side effects for male contraceptives do strongly resemble periods.

I actually recently started exercising more intensively and I must say I feel great! I lost 4 kg (8.8 pounds) in a month and I still eat whatever the heck I want. Yes, I do get cake and 'smores and ice cream and pizza but I also eat less in general, because I usually don't feel hungry at all after exercise, even when I was a bit hungry before. So, ladies and gentlemen, don't lose hope, and please don't try to push our society's standards just because you're lazy and like to overeat.
