(Cont.) Maybe this is only the problem of religious countries such as America where some adults still believe the world was created in seven days. Maybe I'm just not able to relate to people around me not knowing anything about science, because my country is about as atheist as a country can be, so I'm used to people taking evolution and darwinism as the obvious truth. Funny thing though, my biology teacher said that some biology textbooks still mark Creation theory as one of the possible theories of the origin of humans. We all laugh at it though.

I really admire Neil deGrasse Tyson, I think he's a great man, however I'm not sure I agree with this quote. There are multiple types of intelligence, and the mathematical/scientific one is only one of them. Personally, I suck at maths and science, but I think I have a knack for languages. I've also adopted the Sherlockian way of thinking about this, which is that when one finds their talent, they should focus on it instead of wasting time with things others occupy themselves with. Sherlock also compared the mind to a bookshelf, and knowledge to books: you should fill it with useful ones, not ones that you'll never need, but we all know that that's an outdated way of thinking since the mind can and should be trained to remember more.
But I think the problem isn't mr. Tyson's opinion. I think the quote just sounds weird since it's been taken out of context, and I agree that responsible adults should know at least the very basics of science and how the world works.

Same. I love how Sagittarius is in caps to emphasize what "hug hoes" we're supposed to be but I'm a Sagittarius as well and I've never liked hugs much. I mean, I guess I hug my best friends when we see each other after a long time, but that's about as far as it goes with me and hugging.
This only proves how meaningless horoscopes are.

Yeah, I know, the song is overplayed and not a quality song either, but why is making a reference to it a bad thing?

Remember when people were all "scared" on 6/6/2006 because it was "the day of the devil"? I remember a story on the news about it that day, and even though it was more a curiosity than something serious, I still remember being really happy because 6 is my favourite number. My parents probably thought I was the devil that day, but I was just really happy that my favourite number has a news story.

As a girl who is usually friendly to everyone because I try not to judge and just be a person who gets along well with everyone, I'm sorry. I made a lot of guys feel that way and I'm too nice to just refuse them so bluntly, which sometimes puts me in a difficult situation.

How does that even make me a weeb? I literally just described that I legit learn the language instead of watching anime in a furry costume pretending to be "learning" from it.
You're obviously doing it just to be a troll and I'm not going to feed you any further, I just wonder what psychological issues are you compensating for by doing this.

As someone who learns Japanese for like three years now (and no, not from a weeaboo website or manga or anime, I attend actual courses), I love this. It's slightly weebsy but the Japanese in it seems fine to me, and I like that. (Obviously waifu and "desu?" and stuff like that are 100% weebs, but I like that they use some non-mainstream Japanese words as well)

Good luck walking in those and not breaking both your legs and spraining your ankles.
No really, I admire girls who can walk/run/dance in heels. I'm fairly tall for a girl (178 cm / 5'10") so I always used flat shoes because I don't need to be even taller than I already am, but girls being able to do stuff in these really amaze me. I mean...how do you do that?

I love how some of them start the sentence with "Just a friendly reminder", then post some totally nonsensical feminazi crap, then post a cute emoji. It's like, you expect something so nice and sweet but when you read it you're just confused and a bit angry.
