I saw Grease for the first time recently and I've only been questioning the characters' morals the entire time. The girl was nice, pretty, a perfectly fine girl the way she was, and she got the guy's utmost attention by dressing up like a whore at the end of the movie. The two first met by having unprotected sex at the beach, and the worst thing about this is, they are trying to disguise it as feelings while, if we do the reality check, we'll see that it was only an infatuation and that it won't last, and if it will, it's gonna be a problematic relationship
Same with Footloose, even though I find that a bit better. I don't understand how could our parents like this kind of stuff. I mean, I'm totally fine with two people banging because it's their decision, but what really gets me is that they are too fucking stupid to see it's only physical attraction and misinterpret it as feelings.
