Well, to be fair, Disney always made their stories in the "moral of the story" kind of way rather than to be taken literally.

@guest yeah, I feel like Paolini was writing her scenes with one hand, if you know what I mean, because her character was just...I dunno, I didn't like her at all. She was like Miss Perfect, and the in end Paolini made her a fucking queen of the elves (which is understandable I guess because her mom was one) AND a dragon rider? I call bullshit. It's like Oprah giving away free dragons or something. I think Nasuada was a much better written character, because she was strong, but realistic.
@thehappywhovian Is it? I didn't know that. Well, good! Maybe this time the ending won't suck.

You certainly shouldn't, but different people react differently in stressful situations and I can definitely see that heppening with a person with anger issues. The behavior in these situations is unpredictable and your thinking usually gets clouded by the stress induced adrenaline rush.

Someone should make a proper ending to the tetralogy as well. I'm sorry, but that ending was really dissapointing.
And Arya was such an unrealistically overpowered character I just got annoyed whenever she appeared.
Murtagh was an awesome character though.

I think you are allowed to use lethal means of self defense when your life is being directly threatened. And muggers often use life-threatening methods (obviously to scare you into giving them your money) such as knives or guns. Can't you fight back in that situation? Not that it matters, most people would just shit their pants (including me, probably) out of stress.

Yeah, the only twitter post I know from him is the one with the fake x-ray. I found that kinda funny. Other than that though, to me it didn't seem an area important enough to explore, but I will take a look if you think it is.

It seems I'm the only one here who's bothered by all the hate towards him. I mean honestly, am I the only one who thinks that we should also take this into account? http://mic.com/articles/126321/heres-what-happened-when-i-matched-on-tinder-with-martin-shkreli-the-most-hated-man-in-america
I am not saying we should trust the man's explanation fully, but I think we shouldn't trust the biased and corrupt media and angry kids on the internet making angry posts about a problem they barely understand either.

Hmm, I always thought that it symbolised that when you sing or listen to music etc, dull activities like housework get a lot faster and more fun. But hey, maybe I'm overanalysing.

The question is, can you snap a neck with your belt? Sounds like a bit more useful skill to have.

Ehhh...some people can rock it.
Like Sokka from Avatar: The last airbender.
Yes I realize he's not real.
The point stands, I've never seen anyone rock a mullet.

The future generations will remember this with about the same level of cringe as we remember mullets.

>married a prince
>a prince who started being attracted to her after seeing her in lingerie on a fashion show
>"class"
Check your facts, OP. You may call it class but literally every girl on this website would be able to turn into a classy girl if she had royal tailors making thousand-pound dresses for her, also hair and makeup stylists. The problem is, not all of us have the luck to marry into royalty. Also, I've seen some pictures of her before marrying the prince. She was as classy as a doormat. Pretty and nice, that she probably was even before, but classy? She used to wear jeans and sweatshirts just like most of us do.

It makes me sad that someone who created an entirely new universe with amazing characters and folklore-inspired creatures and places loses to a Twilight erotic fanfic with a literary quality of a 5th grader's essay.
And I feel even sadder that Tolkien's work loses to both of them, as he was the founding father of fantasy and none of this would've been possible without him. Not only that, his works are also in my opinion the most worked-through with their own worlds, languages, lore, and so on.
Although I must admit, a very big part of Tolkien's universe was inspired by Scandinavian legends and mythology. Those guys were the real creativity masters.

Hmm...to me the moves resemble air bending more than water bending. They're very smooth and light, water bending is slightly "heavier".

Omg yes. So many of them do that! I'm not saying all guys do it or anything but so many of my male friends say how much they dislike girls with makeup and then go after chicks with really obvious makeup. Like, if they went after chicks who use "natural" makeup (which basically means spending twice the time and effort in order to look like you haven't spent any at all, so it's just a very pretty deception) I'd understand that they're not able to distinguish natural makeup from actual natural look, but when they start dating a girl who looks like she buries her face in ash and foundation powder every morning, I am just confused.

I've worn it only twice in my life, on very special occasions, that being my aun't wedding and my best friend's prom. Otherwise I don't wear it. It's not worth it, and I look like shit anyways.
