I always thought "leave someone do something" is acceptable as well as "leave someone to do something"...? Like the phrase "leave me be" is perfectly okay...

Which is why I consider myself an egalitarian. The problem with feminists is that they try to hide behind the definition of feminism, and when you disagree with them they try to guilt trip you into sexism. Ironically, it's even worse when you're female because they call you a whore who just does it for attention. As I said, I'm an egalitarian, I think first wave feminism was a great movement that did some progress in society but using the term feminist in today won't do you any good, for pretty obvious reasons. It's like being called a communist 60 years ago and today, with the exception that I personally think that communism wouldn't work even if USSR didn't go full totalitarian with it.

Me too (that's why I love BioWare games) but you gotta realize that the target audience for those shows is teenage kids who might not have the same standards/tastes as me or you. I love deep, complicated stories as well but sometimes I just want to relax with something more simple.

Yeah but the problem is that in the past things that women did were considered inferior, and we were not allowed to do things that men did. Now I'm anti-3rd wave feminism because I think it's a bunch of whiny crap but I gotta admit that the first feminists/sufragettes got us the freedom to do what men do, and consequently got men the freedom to do what women do (except for biological differences like giving birth obviously). It's not about "women are better at traditionally female things" and "men are better at traditionally male things". We/they generally are because of differences in physiology, but what's important here is the freedom of choice, which is why I admire first wave feminism. It's a shame the movement turned into such a whinefest.

Supernatural anyone? A very similar thing happened in season 11, I believe.
Also it's a bit disturbing that the Nazis were into 14 year olds, but hey, those were very different times.

There are certain objective criteria, but those criteria are usually concerning the technical side of something, and considering DC has enough money to make it technically almost perfect, some things are just really up to the viewer.

Awesome. It's not as heavy with birth control and I read that some women even empty it only twice a day which sounds tempting.
