Ugh, this is incredibly relatable. I get migraines every once in a while and a nap is the only thing that helps at all. Or rather, it is more pleasant to sleep through it since it goes away eventually. But it is so hard to fall asleep when your head is throbbing.

Alien Snapes Fiend

Ahahaha this really reminds me of the Tropico games. They're basically city builders where you play as the dictator of a small Latin American island. You can have free elections, cheated elections, or none at all! Really fun, if you're into city builders I can recommend this one. And the soundtrack absolutely slaps. The fourth one is imo the best one.
