Well he can't equip his +2 AC helmet because of his glasses so he has to equip a lower defense item, and he only had this +1 AC mask. Duh!

It depends, I think? There's a difference between taking a bath instead of doing something you're supposed to be doing and taking a bath when all your responsibilities are done. I've known people who would go without lunch at work, for literally no reason other than bragging rights. Sure, sometimes things are hectic, something's happening that you need to participate in so you postpone your break for a bit; But not giving your body basic nutrition or rest just so you can look down on others who do is bad for pretty much everyone involved.

It may sound a bit silly but in an effort to keep myself motivated I created a to-do list with tasks being labeled as main quests and side quests, and it honestly really helps me be productive lol
