It depends, I think? There's a difference between taking a bath instead of doing something you're supposed to be doing and taking a bath when all your responsibilities are done. I've known people who would go without lunch at work, for literally no reason other than bragging rights. Sure, sometimes things are hectic, something's happening that you need to participate in so you postpone your break for a bit; But not giving your body basic nutrition or rest just so you can look down on others who do is bad for pretty much everyone involved.
