Wow. I pay 800€ for a flat around 600sqft, excluding heating, electricity, water, internet and all interiors, which I had to bring myself.
If I want to buy a small house with almost no garden in or around Hamburg that is not a piece of total garbage and less than 100 years old, it'll be 500.000€.
After six years I wouldn't have enough to pay the contract to be set up, lol.
