That's because when you're naked you force everyone to look at naked people. When you buy magazines, it is only by choice. That's a stupid example of objectification/sexualisation of women.
That's an interesting theory- I haven't heard that before. The idea that you are compelled to look at other people no matter what they wear or don't wear is an interesting idea.
I wonder why nudity and profanity are not banned on clothing, then? Why can I wear a shirt with photographs of breasts on them, but not no shirt? Or a shirt stating profanity that is ND17? As far as I know, legally, it is the observers job to look away in those cases. Why would nudity be different?
Following twerk's line of thinking, then men having their shirts off should also be illegal. They are forcing me to look at their chests. Yet it is perfectly acceptable in most places for a man to have his shirt off.
