I can confirm living in the northeast.

The snow is up slightly past my knees. And this is in canada

I can confirm the southern part considering there is I millimeter of snow on the edge of the grass and school is closed today and tomorrow

My school was canceled today because it was just "too darn cold". Hmmh.

My school has never been canceled because of a snow day, even when once it was so cold I got ice on my eyelashes.

My school has been cancelled for both serious and laughable amounts of pure ice, but never snow.

In New Zealand it is very rare for school to be cancelled, in 2012 there was a tornado a few kilometers away and we still had to stay at school.
Only in the South Island does it rarely get canceled

I can confirm this living in the south. School's been cancelled due to a -20 degree windchill (there's no actual snow on the ground, but apparently these temperatures have been messing with my school's pipes).

I live in Atlanta. There is no snow the weather is only like 20F and we have no school because its dangerous conditions.

In my area of Georgia the roads are really curvy and the slightest bit of ice causes wrecks.

I live in Florida and it was down to the forties. This is usually when everyone walks in to school with heavy parkas, scarves, hats, gloves, and hand Warmer's and still complain about the cold

Where I live I canada, it doesn't matter what the temperature is. As long as it's not a blizzard it could be -40 and we still need to go to school

We go to school in -40 Celsius while america has everybody stay in their houses oncs it reaches -10 Celsius

Can I just leave here that I live in Nunavut and the snow here is more than twice my height and my parents are like "Anon out you gotta shovel"
