I heard that we see ourselves as 5 times prettier than we actually are. If that is true, which I am not sure, I feel really bad for people who know me.

Actually that's wrong. We see yourself as worse than what we are.

But I've seen reflections and pictures of other people and they look very much like they look in real life...

i know its kinda weird to think about, but when YOU look at your friend in the mirror, and your friend looks at himself in the mirror you both see slightly different versions of your friend. You see how they actually look like, but they see maybe a slight change in hair color or jaw structure, ect. You Look different than how you think you do, whether your looking at photos of you or a mirror.

I feel like people think they look uglier then they actually appear. Have you ever taken a picture of yourself and at first your like this is a nice one, and then you look at it for a bit longer and think you look more like a deformed potatoe ?same goes for in life right ? You've had a lot more time to look at yourself and see your "flaws" then others have. So youdefiantly are going to see yourself differently.

I'd recognise my clone, he'd look like my twin brother. And I just broke physics

As an identical twin, I'm calling this out as crap. Even as adults, it's often hard to tell who is who in pictures. This may have been true in the Middle Ages when it was rare to get see your reflection in anything but water. But it isn't now. My reflection looks just like my picture, and almost exactly like my twin.

Thanks for confirming! I asked twice above and needed a real identical twin to reply! :)

Except a clone would be younger than us, so of course they would look different. And they might have scars or stuff that we don't have.
