I can make an educated guess on the why its acceptable to say 'white' every time i ask a white person where they are from or what their heritage is, i get like... 6 different countries and a bunch of random fractions. That's too much. And in the words of sweet brown, "Ain't no body got time fo' dat!"
Some people don't like being called 'Black' because it's a generalization of the color of theirs skin. Some people also make the argument that 'black' was what was on all of the 'no blacks allowed' signs back in the early 1900's, and we're past that time. I dunno. Personally, I don't care. :/ Black, african-american, chocolate-hamburger, dark chocolate, coa-coa bean. Whatever you wanna call me, as long as it's not the N word.
Then i'll be pounding your skull into the nearest wall i can find ^-^
But that's just me :3
