It's just like Central Park is in the exact right center and the buildings are surrounding it on all sides, ready to attack.

This picture captures from 116th street down to about 54th street and from Columbus Avenue to Madison Avenue.... It shows about half of the island of Manhattan, which is only 1/5 of the City of New York. AWESOME shot!
