You work hard to get a thigh gap? You work hard to get something that's not just less desirable than something you almost don't need to work for, but less healthy as well? You work hard to become less desirable and less healthy? What kind of logic is that?
No, that's not what she's saying. She's saying that she wants to do what makes HER feel comfrortable in her body, and I agree. If I want a thigh gap, I'm gonna work for a thigh gap, but not because I want to impress anybody, but because I want to have a thigh gap.
People should just stop going by what society views as beautiful. Girls and boys literally starve themselves to "look nice" Just love yourself whether you're a size 1 or 31 because confidence, self love, and respect are the most beautiful thing anyone can have.
But please, at least try to do something about it if you're fat. Please. It's better in every single aspect of it. There's literally no benefits from being fat, other than not having to work out. Now, this doesn't apply to chubby people. Chubby people are often just cute (Unless they're not, in which case they're not. The point is, your body doesn't have anything to do with it if you're just chubby, and it's a lot easier to be cute if you're a bit chubby (if you're a girl)). No one should starve themselves to be thinner, because that's not healthy at all. Just work out, if you're obviously fat (not saying you are). Go for a jog every now and then, or go hiking. It's better for you. Trust me.
Yeah, I get you, but in a woman's eyes, they always think they're fat. I remember when I was younger, my sister in law had 2 children, and was still skinnier than me and she always complained about herself being fat. Now, I'mma admit, I was pretty chubby at the time, but I was never fat. Being fat isn't healthy AT ALL. My mother has so many health issues because of her weight. It's always healthy to check your BMI. Just google it and find the website, then calculate it, and you'll see where you're at. It's always good to know where you are and how high your risk is for certain conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension.
