As far as I know, you do need a license in most countries. I once made a hot air balloon from scratch together with a hot air balloon pilot!

I read some EMT stories tonight and man, am I tired of suicide jokes. I wish with all my heart that I'll never hear a parent scream for their long gone child. Or walk in on someone with half their head gone.

Except that can be exactly how it works - I sometime just read through the music (on the bus, at home, before rehearsal), maybe humming or tapping along, before playing it. That way I recognise the rythms and have an idea what I'm about to do.

Her mother helps her tweet. And it was verified after something happened some months ago when people raised an absolute shitstorm about how it wasn't real. I think someone hacked into the account as well at that point (while the girl and her family feared for their lives every day), but I can't say for sure.

If a small (pre-puberty) child shows obvious signs of gender dysphoria, I think a common solution in to take said child to a doctor for evaluation, and hopefully get them on puberty blockers. That way puberty can be delayed, preventing the child from going through a painful process that's way harder to reverse than to start at a later stage by either stopping the blockers or giving the missing hormones (testosterone for someone with a vagina and vice versa). I'm not a doctor nor a trans person though.
