Actually, I guess it is kinda "meant" for teenagers, but we all know who the real audience is.. Just like we all know who the real gamers are for games rated "Mature".

I think it's funny they always use this picture instead of one where they are in class. Because this is the episode they was stuck in a hot mobile home and almost suffered from a heat stroke. AND they was at the beach. They dress very different the rest of the time. I don't see a difference. Wear what you want and feel beautiful while doing it. If a short skirt makes you feel sexy where the short skirt, if a long flowy dress makes you feel sexy wear the long flowlg dress. And ifyyou can't wear it the way it is, tailor to the way you want it. In the end it matters what you like and want to wear.

Times have actually not changed at all. If you saw this scene you would in fact hav the knowledge that the girls on the bottom were trapped in a camp can with no water or air conditioner. They are dressed like this because they were going to the beach and they only just got of the heat
