One day you will die. More authors will be born. They will write many good books. More books than those who will live while those books are being written can read. Just hope there's an infinite library of all books ever written in that Whatever-The-Heck-Land that comes after life.

Thanks for that depressing, although true, outlook on life. WE MUST BELIEVE THERE WILL BE BOOKS!

I agree 112%, I spend so much time reading but I can't keep up with the mass amount of books. Also, am I the only one that gets yelled at by their parents to stop reading?

Nope! My parents yell at me to put my book down and go out with my friends. I always tell them books are my friends

I hate it when they do that. They say 'it takes you away from reality, where you should be' and I'm just here like 'I like being in my books to get away from reality'. They say I'm becoming too alone because all I do is read, but I'm perfectly happy

The boys and people I find in books are much better and more interesting than people I find in real life.

O my god, I literally just finished reading Champion. You should read the Razorland series by Ann Aguirre. I'm reading the last book in that series and I'm so sad because I do not want to finish my life in the book

Same ! Im about 100 pages away from finishing champion ! And okay ill look into it. If you liked champion I suggest reading the 5th wave by rick fancey. I feel your pain ! :( I hate when a series ends. I find myself missing the charactars

It makes so sad because I connect with the characters and I feel as though I'm actually living in the book and when I finish it a piece of me dies. One quote I like is 'finishing a good book is just like taking a child out to the backyard and shooting it'. I can't handle it and it's nice to know that I'm not the only one

then there is the pain of having your parents take you Nook combined with a really bad school library. this means I have been suffering from book withdrawal for the last couple of weeks.

Oh. My. God. I couldn't have said better myself. My friends dont understand why I really love it so much or how much fun it actually is! Your mind goes on a journey. Reading is like a salad for your brain and watching tv is junk food for it. I like to live the healthy lifestyle ! Glad to see I found someone whos the same (:
