I had to go visit with family after a funeral today. A good majority of my family was in a room greeting each other. "Hi!" "Oh it's great to see you!" "I missed you so much!" [insert several hugs] *suddenly everyone in the room notices me* "You're just a little shit, aren't you?" Oh, okay.

nah its good and fine. i'm a female and my grandfather passed away from several brain tumors. we funsubers often do "plot twist" type jokes. it's cool.
