Why make a middle ground? When you're exercising you need to be focused on whatever exercise you're doing so you can use the proper technique, not be uncomfortable enough to make you want to change clothes. All that would do is make you want to give up faster to get out of them

Exercising naked (as a dude) isn't that comfortable because we have some luggage down under that's kinda sensitive and if you're running, that's slapping around everywhere

Even so, boobs aren't as sensitive as a ballsack (trust me)
