My cousin was 3, he set fire to my aunts room making "happy birthday". Every day for almost six months after that he'd stand at the door or Window in the Tv room screaming at some lady he described in a way that more or less sounded like she burnt x_x not quite his friend x_x but I tell you it gave me enough sleepless nights

I believe its normal for kids his age! Mine had red eyes, 1 arm, a hole through his chest and was as clean as fuck, which I wasn't expecting and the hole was loke a hole you wake with clay where the sides of the hole are smoothed and healed! I slept soundly because he didn't give me dreams, he only gave me dreams when he thought I needed them! Now I NEVA dream
