I am not going to lie when I first saw this I did not read the post. I thought right away "O dear God those parents took the kid leash WAY to far." lol BUT once I read it, I realized how stupid my comment was. I must say this though this is the best idea for those little ones. I am surprised that no one thought of this sooner.
