What? 3/4 = 75% therefore 4/4 equals 100%, Is it just saying that we are all australia, or am I missing the joke :/

It's just a joke to show a pointless statistic - that 3 out of 4 Australians (75% of the Australian people) make up 75% of the Australian population. It's a pointless comparison as it's the same thing - hence the joke.
