I have to get up at 5:30 for school, so I'll set my alarm for 4:00, sleep until 4, then wake up, set it for 5:30, then go back to sleep. It helps me feel like I get a fuller sleep, plus I get the satisfactin of the feeling of me getting a few more hours of sleep

I hate that cus it feels too good. I get so pissed when I wake up the second time knowing I actually gotta get up that time.

When that happens to me I say/think 'Ohhh sweet elixir of life!' And roll right back into a sweet sleep
