I predict Bucky will sacrifice himself in the 3rd movie, or he will go off and live a life of isolation (most likely the first one) because there is no fucking way he can join the avengers.

He won't, Chris Evans is retiring after he's done six movies while Sebastian Stan will still be on the Marvel payroll. So we'll probably see more of him in the future.
