But.. Soda.

I used to HATE water when I was growing up cause it had no flavor but now its all I drink.

Soda is horrible for your teeth too. If you brush your teeth after drinking some, it literally brushes away your enamel.

But at what cost??

I cut soda out of my diet 6 months ago....haven't lost any weight....

Soda and juice are some of the biggest reasons why Americans gain weight because its pretty much flavored sugar and syrups. Both are super bad for you and if you do cut it out you see a huge difference.

I did that too! It works! It's worth it!

I haven't been drinking soda since the first of January! This year I'm planning on sticking to my New Year's Resolutions.

I used to be addicted to drinking sprite which is weird because it didn't even have caffeine in it. But I just loved the taste and all the sugar, drinking up to 6 cans a day. But now I don't drink it anymore and all I drink is water, juice or tea. I DO feel a lot better though because I rarely drink soda.
