"changed his ticket for the next day after eating about 300 times" so that's either worded wrong or I'm right

or he could just have eaten 300 times a day...

If I did the math correctly, that would mean he ate (averaged out) 8 times per hour. I think it's highly unlikely he ate 300 times a day

I'm thinking that the homeless and starving can't afford a first class ticket.

Well lets see. A homeless person buys food for 300 days would cost at least 900 maybe more. Now a simple plane ticket would cost around 470 for a first class, one way flight. Seeing as you will not be really going the ticket only needs to be the cheapest first class ticket you can get and at the end you can get your money back than buy another ticket. So in the long run to try to buy the ticket is a good investment.

Plus there is a endless amount of times you can reuse the money to get a ticket. Plus every day they are saving their money from not spending it on food they can start to get their life back together.

But being able to save up enough money when you're running on single dollars a day would mean that you would have to wait either a REALLY long time, or don't eat a lot of days. The homeless don't have the luxury of savings

In many cases yes it will be hard or impossible to save but for some they will have the opportunity. And if you think about it they only have to save about 2 dollars a day. In less than a year they will have the money. I have been homeless before, I was lucky to have someone open their home to me in my time of need. And no it was not in a day it happened. You will be surprised at what some of the homeless will do to survive. Saving a little money is not a problem for them. It is saving enough money to get a home of their own that is hard. Food is the one thing they can not live with out. Food is something they have to buy every day, But you give them something like this to aim for they will get there.

Proof that you don't have to be lazy in order to be a burden to society.
