Yes. His genome will tell you he is of african decent. But with this degree of albinism he is completly robbed of pigment. Nature is pretty cool.

I think he's actually painted white. Albinism doesn't make you opaque white and people that are highly albino actually have translucent skin, making them pinkish because you can see their blood vessels and stuff. The more you know.

None of these are painted. It's the light. Both of these are models. And Shaun Ross actually is pinkish up close, but he looks this white in most of his pictures.
