Earth day marathon

Oh the irony...

It's pretty ironic, although it doesn't look like they made an attempt to have trash cans or recycle bins along the way, and it's pretty hard to throw something away while running a marathon. Maybe they have people assigned to pick them up or something

I don't think these people know why they are running

Have none of you ever been to a race in your life? They are supposed to leave their cups there for the MARATHON WORKERS who follow them and RECYCLE all of the cups. They don't fucking LEAVE ten thousand paper cups in the middle of the fucking street! What town would let anyone host a race if they all went around and did that?!

In a race you're supposed to throw your cup in the street. Race volunteers and workers pick them up.
