I'm vegan and I don't take any supplements - everything I need is in veggies (iron = from tempeh etc). Also, no vegans don't eat honey - not that we 'can't' it's that we choose not to. It's from an animal.
There aren't any vitamins that are only found in meat. If you eat the right things, you'll have all you need. Except maybe vitamin B12, which doctors recommend you supplement, anyway. It's made by bacteria. But the vitamins vegans take are plant based. So they're still getting all they need from plants.
Ugh, I really can't stand people like this. You don't eat meat because "it's murder"? Okay, whatever. But don't try to shove your beliefs down everyone's throat, especially when you're wearing a real leather jacket (I once met a girl like this - she couldn't stop preaching about how we're all killers but bragged about her leather jacket and handbag all the time - bloody hypocrite)
People should just shut the fuck up, you want to eat what you want great, just don't boost or brag or degree everyone else, same applies to feminist, religious beliefs etc.
As a vegetarian who is lactose intolerant I say this, I don't know about vegans per say but unless eggs have a magical power that automatically gives you muscle mass I don't think it would make much difference
What I'm trying to say is that I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat dairy products and I don't have to take supplements. The only difference between myself and a vegan is that I eat eggs and they do not.
Every plant has protein. Broccoli, for example, has more protein per calorie than meat does. I'm a vegan and have had no health problems. (That aren't caused by anxiety, anyway.)
They're delicious (◕‿◕✿)
