how heavy does all that foam make the car, I wonder

that expanding foam can be quite useful once it's solidified, followed by a few coats or resin for hardness

doesn't answer the question, though. I'm saying his car body is now almost completely solid. That's got to add a lot of weight

not really, the foam is very light. sorry, misunderstood your question at first.

This is really cool but.. umm is it safe for roads? Just in case if they were to get in a crash would the foam be able to cushion the blast or would it break really fast ?

Good question.. But there is a car underneath, so maybe it would be the frame of that one that would function?
