I wouldn't say tacos more like spicy chilaquiles, for those that don't know what it is it's made of fried tortilla bits with egg, shredded chicken, cheese and Mexican cream :p
England's sounds amazing. I am English, have lived here for thir*cough*mumble* years and have never, ever seen the option for chips, aíoli, cheese sauce and onions, anywhere. (And I've lived in the east, north, west and south of the country.)
