it was actually requested by both Kids Undercover and Very Special Kids, all charities involving terminal children, but even then, they don't use it much.

I'm born in 1999 but a lot of the 90's memes I can relate to because a lot of the TV and games I grew up with are the same from the 90s.

Although lots of this is....nail on chalk board equivalent....do do 1997 people really not count :( pokemon came out that year it was some of my first memories I feel like that should count for something no?

You know whats sad? A majority of the "90's kids" stereotypical stuff like tv shows and candy that everyone talks about actually came out in the 2000's because the only "90's" kids that even remotely remember the 90's were born on or before '94. So they aren't even raving over 90's stuff. THEY ARE RAVING OVER 2000's STUFF. So yes you do count because you experienced the same shit we did even though some of us act like its some kind of exclusive club.
