Well you can use an apostrophe when making a conjunction, I thought they were trying to say "let us" and shortened it to let's

I don't think tattoos truly say your a bad person. I had a teacher who had a tattoo and she was one of the nicest people I've ever met.

False. My best friends older brother has tattoos all over his arms, legs, and neck and he works in a grocery store as a pizza maker and everyone loves him.
