I don't know how to react after the first time

I probably wouldn't have said anything and pretended like I didn't see them....

The second time I would usually just say "Hi again!" and we would share a hair/hand combo flip back with an uncomfortable chuckle, but the third time I just stab 'em in the face. I think that is standard protocol. Yep, pretty sure.
