While I cant speak for all my female sisters, I can generally say: it depend on whos she talking to. But usually it mean she likes the guy and dont want him to have fun without her. OR.. it is in a form of a dare and if you actually go thru with it she will secretly hate you
yeah, this is practically what is being said (coming from a girl). if we say to "have fun" it generally means that we are pissed off at you and are talking in a sarcastic manner.
