My math teacher's son has that, but his helmet is R2D2 and he looks so cute with it!!

For all of those who can't be arsed googling this, it is a condition that new borns get. Their heads are all weirdly shaped and the reason that kid has a helmet on is because that is what is know as 'helmet therapy' , this is when the child wears a helmet for a series of months or even years, depending on the severity of it, until the child has a normal shaped head. :)))
