It be nice to walk around topless so you don't get tan lines but the boobie sweat would be horrible. O-emm-gee! And not having to shave would be awesome! It would save so much time n money... What a lovely world this would be...

Technically, in most parts of Canada, or at least Ontario, women CAN be topless in public. You'll just get a lot of complaints from people who don't really like that law.
