The best thing to do in these cases is to not engage.

The frustration that I indure during the partaking of this event is non the world can bear.

Had this guy saying: "The US has 51 stars and states......." I just lost it after a while......

Oh my god, I hate when I'm talking about space (my fav subject) and this guy comes over and interrupts me and says "What do you mean Venus is the hottest planet, Mercury is closer to the Sun, that makes it hotter." I explain that the atmosphere makes it hotter. He thinks I'm stupid. I look it up and then he says THEN HE SAYS THE MOST ANNOYING LINE EVER. THIS IS A SCIENTIFICAL WEBSITE AND HE SAYS: You can't believe everything you hear on the internet. God damnit.
