Since when do you have to pay for each plastic bag? They don't do that where I live...

A store where I live does that but they also provide cardboard boxes free and encourage the community to also donate boxes every ten boxes you donate gets you a discount on your next purchase.

Montgomery County, MD decided it would be a good idea to make you pay for plastic bags. So stupid.

Typical md bullshittery makes me glad I don't live there anymore.

This is so stupid, that I wish I was a Mutant with the power to turn stupid into inanimate objects. I'd turn this post into a small vase, and your stupid face into a plastic bag. Then place the vase into the bag, rack you in the skull, and choke you with the bag whispering the whole time, "you failed your family".

San Francisco does this. I actually don't mind it. Just bring your own bags.
