The spelling of patients made me cringe.

Lets not forget that the owner was once a Dietician Doctor and that their original spokes person died at the age of 29. Their second spoke person died of a massive heart attack at age of 52. A customer had a heart attack while eating their Triple Bypass Burger. A female customer died after eating the Triple Bypass Burger, she was also drinking and smoking. The restaurant is known for offering to spread lard on the burgers and fry their french fries in lard. And they are all closed.

How can a post make me want to eat and not eat at the same time?

I think the founder of heart attack grill publicly says that his food will kill people. He even uses the ashes of the people who have died eating there to discourage others from eating there.He's doing it to point out how bad people are when it comes to gluttony. However thanks to gluttonous people his wake up call isn't being heard by the people who need it most.
