This was a beach episode in which they nearly fried to death..I think it's ok for them to be in bathing suits.

In the context of the episode that the shot from victorious was taken, their outfits make sense as they were going to the beach. In all reality most kids shows don't have their characters dress slutty, they just give most of them ridiculous outfits (lookin at you, Shake It Up)

Shake it up is a fuckin geek ass show that I'm so glad is not on anymore. Now the rest of Disney channel should follow.

Those dresses from the nineties show are also all sold as the most fashionable dresses at Forever 21 too. Only they're not in such ugly colors...
