Running electricity through a pencil

I was unaware pencils could bleed.

I feel like this was some sort of interrogation tactic to get information out of it

Pretty cool, but when the wood burns through and the carbon touches the can... that's when things get real interesting.

It looks like blood dripping at the right one

This scared me for some reason

how could I phrase a question for this, to do as a class experiment?
